Every bowl is assembled the same morning it's delivered — nothing is pre-made or frozen. Ingredients are sourced and prepped within 24 hours of your delivery window.

Yes. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or rescheduled anytime from your account up until 9pm the night before delivery, with no penalty.

Most bowls can be customized to be nut-free, dairy-free, or vegan. Let us know your restrictions when you set up your plan and we'll tailor the menu accordingly.
